Art Galleries of St. Augustine

The Art Galleries of St. Augustine (AGOSA) is the premier organization that brings together galleries ranging from artist-owned all the way to elaborate museum galleries. First Friday Art Walks
These walks occur on the first Friday of the month from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. It is self-guided, so you can go to as many or as few galleries as you want. Several galleries offer live music and refreshments. The best part is the wide range of art types and price points. Galleries are always adding new pieces, so you’re sure to find something you love each time you go. Free shuttles run every 20-30 minutes (except December and January), and you can download a map of the participating galleries here.
Thursday Tours
If you’re looking for a more intimate gathering and gallery experience, this is for you. Lead by an AGOSA artist, this tour will lead you through about 4-6 different galleries from the downtown historic district and Anastasia Island. Tickets for this tour are $15 and include a complimentary glass of wine and cheese sample. Note that these tours do not happen the day before First Friday Art Walks, so check your calendar before you sign up for this. Tour times: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. & 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
