Make plans for a Florida vacation this December, and get in the holiday spirit at the 2017 Saint Augustine Historic Inn Holiday Tour. The 24th Annual Tour’s theme for 2017 is ‘Coastal Christmas’. Staying at the Casa de Solana in St. Augustine’s historic district, you can enjoy not only this self-guided walking tour of B&Bs decked out for the holidays, but the Old City’s spectacular seasonal decorations as well. Three different Tour choices will fit almost any vacation schedule, whether for a long weekend stay, midweek getaway, or longer vacation. Historic Inn Holiday Tour options include:
The Three-day Extended Weekend Tour (Saturday, December 9 – Monday, December 11, 2017), with weekend afternoons to visit all the participating inns and B&Bs and their restaurant/culinary partners, plus the bonus of Monday’s 10 museums and galleries. Inns and B&Bs are grouped by location for the full tour – the 10 northern ones on Saturday, and 12 southern ones on Sunday. Each property will incorporate the Coastal Christmas theme in its decorations, and partner with a local eatery sampling their holiday specialties. Monday’s 11 bonus venues include the Lightner Museum, Art Association Gallery, Villa Zorayda Museum, Lincolnville Museum, Colonial Oak Music Park, Trinity Episcopal Church, and more.
The new Tour-Lite Weekday Tour (Monday, December 11 – Wednesday, December 13, 2017), includes the opportunity to visit all of Monday’s galleries and museums, plus visits to a smaller list of B&Bs and inns with limited restaurant offerings on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
For the ultimate chance to enjoy St. Augustine’s history and attractions during the holiday season, indulge in their five day extravaganza – the Coastal Christmas Relaxed Tour. Saturday and Sunday participants have access to the entire list of participating B&Bs, inns, and restaurants. On Monday, visit as many of the bonus properties as desired. Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons offer the chance to visit any inns not seen on the weekend, or re-visit some if desired.

Admission:
Extended Weekend Tour Tickets (Saturday – Monday): $45 per person
Tour-Lite Tickets (Monday-Wednesday): $25 per person
Relaxed Tour Tickets (Saturday – Wednesday): $50 per person
Tickets should be purchased online for this self-guided walking tour.
Tickets include an extensive tour guide with map, and participants may begin at any inn and visit them in any order. The ticket includes access to a special tour shuttle, courtesy of Old Town Trolley, on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday from noon until 4:00 pm, and a discount on their full-day trolley ticket on Monday.
NOTE: Although the trolley stops at several locations, walking is still required.
