The Corner of Cadiz & Aviles Is Where You’ll Find Us!

Casa de Solana B&B Inn takes its name from the original owner, Don Manuel Lorenzo Solana. The original part of the house is thought to have been constructed in 1763. Casa was converted into a bed and breakfast in the 1980s, currently with nine beautifully-decorated rooms to choose from. We offer packages for every
occasion and for every budget.
On the corner of Cadiz and Aviles is where you’ll find us. Just 2 blocks west of the bay, 1 block north of the center of town. AAA travel editors have labeled St. Augustine as one of the “Ten Most Walkable Cities in North America”. Our 144-square-blocks historic district features a few dozen buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While staying at Casa, you can walk through over four centuries of history along the ancient narrow streets, all leading to the Plaza de la Constitucion at the town’s center, established by royal decree in the 16th century. The magnificent hotels of the Henry Flagler era, dating from the end of the 1800s, represent what some feel to be the very best Spanish Renaissance architecture in the U.S., and are preserved today as Flagler College and the Lightner Museum. You’ll find quaint boutiques, dozens of art galleries, and a wide range of restaurants featuring local cuisine, museums, churches, live entertainment, beautifully-lit courtyards, and so much more.
