All rooms and suites have a private bath, television and WI.FI access. Seven of the ten rooms have whirlpool tubs and most have a fireplace and balcony.  Fireplaces are operational from Nov 25 through Mar 10.

Guest Amenities include:

• Gourmet coffee available at 7 AM  to 7 PM daily.
• Breakfast is served between 7:45 AM – 9:30 AM. A hot homemade entree is provided for your dining pleasure. Also, we have muffins, cereals,  fruit, Starbuck’s coffee and assorted teas.
• Daily Social 4:30pm-5:30pm  share stories with fellow guests.
• Tour the Old City on bicycle
  Complimentary bicycles available for inn guest use.  A great way to take in all the charm, sites and history of Saint Augustine, our nation’s oldest city.
• High Speed Wireless Internet Use your own wireless compatible laptop in your room, in the gardens… anywhere on our property. If your laptop is not wireless compatible, borrow our WI-FI loaner card to gain wireless internet access.
• Free Parking, 3 blocks away. We share our parking with other local Bed and Breakfast’s in the area. Parking is at premium in our historic city of St. Augustine and we are fortunate to have a parking lot. Parking available for guests only.
• Whirlpools available in 7 of our 9 rooms. Private baths for each room.
• Check-In is between 3 pm and 7 pm.  Check-Out is at 11 am.
