Deposits
A deposit in the amount of one night's stay or 50% of the total reservationcost, whichever is greater, will be applied to all reservations and packages .

Cancellation
A fee of $45 will be charged for any cancellation request received from the time of reservation forward until the point of 15 days before scheduled date of arrival. For any cancellation received within 14 days of scheduled date of arrival, guest will forfeit the initial deposit and is responsible for the entire reservation in the event that we are not able to re-rent the room.

Parking
We have 10 parking spaces, which equates to one car per room. Please come directly to Casa to check in, drop off your bags, and obtain your parking permit. The parking lot, that which we share with other local bed and breakfasts, is 3 blocks away.

Additional Guests
All rooms rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests). Additional guests must be approved by the front desk manager in advance because not all rooms are appropriate for more than 2 people. The charge for additional guests is $45 per guest per day.

Children
Well-behaved children ages 11 and up are welcome at Casa de Solana. We, unfortunately, are not able to accommodate children aged 10 and under simply because our Inn serves as a quiet romantic get-away for the majority of our guests, and our facilities are geared toward that scenario.

Pets
We are a pet friendly inn and welcome them as part of the family. We do request that we be notified in advance of your pet. The only 2 rooms that are pet friendly are Kirby Smith and Mary Mitchell, located in the de Palma House and at courtyard level. The pet fee $15 to $45 per pet guest per day, depending upon size and weight of pet. There is a small park 1 block away that serves as excellent spot for pet business.

Phone Calls and Visitors
It is our practice to not divulge your presence or non-presence at Casa de Solana to any phone call or in-person inquiries. If you are expecting a guest, please inform the front desk manager of the name and you will be called on your cell phone when the visitor arrives, and you will be responsible for escorting said guest to and from your room. For your privacy as well as the other Inn guests, temporary visitors are not permitted to wonder the interior. They are of course welcome to enjoy the courtyard. If you have not given permission in advance to acknowledge your presence, we will not do so.

Smoking
Casa de Solana is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or grounds surrounding the inn.
