- Courtyard/dining room/parlor rental for up to 3 hours (during designated hours of course)
- Inn will be decorated for the holiday to include a Christmas tree
- Softly playing digitally recorded holiday music
- Exclusive use of dining room and parlor with a private tour of the facilities (based on available rooms)
- Dining Room: Hardwood floors, original windows overlooking Charlotte and Cadiz Streets, Intimate table seating for 14 (can add side chairs)
- Parlor: Gas fireplace, sofa seating for 3, 4 high-backed upholstered chairs; restroom attached to parlor
- Courtyard available for schmoozing to include 2 park benches, pergola seating for 4, and exposed courtyard table and chairs for 8 - Buffet / self-serve with holiday disposables, service for 25, menu noted below
- Complimentary tour of the historically significant Ximinez-Fatio House just across the street
- Parking is limited, but we do have it
- Commemorative group (amateur) photo 11” x 17” and full rights to digital photo file
