Attention Facebook Fans!  Get your friends and family to become our Facebook fan and have everybody register in our “Re-name Rosa” Contest because as soon as we reach 500 fans, we are going to reward the winner with a complimentary one-night stay in their room of choice AND a romantic horse and carriage ride! And guess what … you can also give this as a gift to someone!

Rules

1.  You must be a confirmed fan on our Facebook page.

2.  You must email your suggested name for Rosa to renamerosa@yahoo.com

3.  One entry per Facebook fan but you may submit multiple names in your one entry.  Hint:  Our room names are St. Augustine and/or Spanish related, so if you submit a statement as to why you chose that name, you enhance your chances of winning! Make it make sense to us!

4.  The winner will be selected within one week of Casa de Solana’s Facebook fan page reaching 500 fans.

5.  The winner will be selected based on the name we feel best suits Casa de Solana.

6.  The winner will be notified by telephone and must accept prize by phone (NOT by email, not by Facebook post).

7.  The winner must claim their prize within 5 days of notification, meaning if we are not able to reach you by phone, you must contact us within 5 days of initial contact to claim the prize.

8.  The complimentary one-night stay will be valid for 6 months from the date of claim, meaning you must make your reservation, redeem the prize, and stay at Casa de Solana within that 6-month period.

9. The complimentary one-night stay is available any day during the specified 6-month period except during holiday periods.

10. Winner acknowledges that for weekend stays, there is a 2-night minimum stay required and that winner is responsible for all room nights in excess of the 1 complimentary night.

11.  The complimentary horse and carriage ride must be used in conjunction with this complimentary 1-night stay and may not be transferred to anyone other than the individual redeeming the complimentary 1-night stay.  Winner will not receive ticket for carriage ride until check-in. 

12.  Complimentary room night is for double occupancy only, meaning only up to 2 people may stay in the room and only 2 people may go on the carriage ride.

13.  Winner may use this complimentary 1-night stay and carriage ride as a gift for someone else, but the original winner is responsible for informing Casa de Solana of the gifted recipient’s contact information immediately upon giving it away. In such cases, the offer is only valid for the 6 months from date of award. The expiration does not extend simply because the winner did not give the complimentary package to someone until a month before its expiration.

14. Contest expires when Casa de Solana fan page reaches 500 fans.  No exceptions.

15.  Once you are a fan on our Facebook page, email the following information to renamerosa@yahoo.com.  Only email entries will be accepted, one entry per Facebook fan.  No phone calls.  No Facebook fan page post entries.  Entries that do not contain ALL of the requested information will be disqualified – (1) First & Last Name / (2) Your Facebook Name (i.e., the name that other people see for your page) / (3) City and State of Residence / (4) Phone Number / (5) Your contest entry consisting of at least one suggested new name for Rosa’s Room.  Remember to include why you chose that name and plea your case to win!  To view photos of Rosa’s Room, go to http://www.casadesolana.com/rosas-room/

16.  Cannot be applied to pre-existing reservations.

17.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer.
